Abstract
多数学者认为,颈源性眩晕主要是由椎-基底动脉供血不足及颈交感神经功能亢进所致.单纯神经节阻滞术治疗颈源性眩晕风险较高,对颈椎周围组织结构治疗作用较小.近两年来,我科使用红外偏振光星状神经节照射并中频电治疗颈源性眩晕患者,疗效肯定.
