Abstract
目的:探讨PCR检测痰标本中结核菌诊断肺结核的价值.方法:收集1993年4月至1996年6月我科用PCR检测284例肺部疾病患者痰标本中结核菌的资料与涂片法及结核菌培养法比较.结果:肺结核病组PCR检测结核菌阳性率明显高于涂片(63.8%比24.3%)及培养法(68.9%比33.8%).结论:PCR检测痰标本中结核菌较培养法灵敏性、特异性高.
