Abstract
目的 探讨WWP2对Huh7肝癌细胞系的增殖、凋亡及细胞周期的影响研究.方法 通过实时定量PCR(qPCR)、RNA干扰、流式细胞仪分析细胞周期及凋亡,了解WWP2在Huh7肝癌细胞周期的中作用.结果 在肝癌组织中,WWP2 mRNA水平显著性表达;敲除细胞中的WWP2会抑制细胞增殖、使细胞停滞在G1期,并诱导细胞凋亡.结论 WWP2有可能通过调控细胞凋亡而促进肝癌细胞生长.
