Abstract
宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,在全球妇女中发病率仅低于乳腺癌,且近年来其发病有年轻化趋势[1].大量研究表明宫颈癌的发生与癌细胞的异常增殖有关.除了细胞的异常增殖外,细胞分化水平的改变也是细胞癌变的关键步骤.因此,肿瘤发生过程中细胞分化水平的改变引起了越来越多学者们的关注.本文就细胞分化相关基因在宫颈癌发生发展、早期诊断、转移和预后等方面的研究进展进行综述.
