Abstract
为提高教学医院临床见习带教质量,培养创新 、实用型人才,将临床路径理念引入临床见习带教工作中,初步探讨了基于临床路径教学法结合翻转课堂的这种新型教学方法在内分泌科见习医师带教中的应用效果.结论:基于CPTM的FC这种新型教学方法对健全见习带教机制,提高见习医师综合素质和见习带教满意度均非常有效.
