Abstract
目的:探讨成果导向教育理念在实验诊断学课程教学中的应用及效果.方法:选取某高校临床专业本科生根据班级分为实验组和对照组.对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组运用成果导向教育理念,进行教学改革探索.比较两组理论和实验成绩.结果:实验组的理论成绩和实验成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:实验诊断学教学采用成果导向教育理念能有效促进学生学习效果,利于培养学生综合素质.
