Abstract
目的: 探索PBL、CBL联合Paper Review在甲状腺外科规范化培训中的应用效果.方法: 教学对象随机分为实验组(PBL、CBL联合Paper Review)和对照组(传统LBL).比较两组学员出科成绩 、临床能力及满意度测评.结果: 实验组出科成绩 、临床能力及教学满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);结论: PBL、CBL联合Paper Review能有效提高教学质量和学员的临床能力.
