Abstract
在医学类高等院校,卫生管理类专业建设起步晚,专业发展边缘化,专业人才培养机制不尽完善,使得卫生管理人才供给与社会需求间的矛盾不断凸显.文章基于扎根理论法,对山西省某医学高等院校卫生管理专业人才培养情况进行深入调查,构建形成提升卫生管理人才发展能力的理论框架,进而为卫生管理人才培养提供理论依据.
