新时期新时代的大环境下,寝室文化变化巨大.采用微信平台问卷的形式,调查医学生对成绩满意度,寝室成员间人际关系、学习氛围以及性别差异因素对个人成绩的影响,研究结果表明医学生寝室文化对个体成绩影响非常巨大.建议高校管理者加强寝室文化建设,医学生个人重视寝室文化培育.
