文章对中医高校的教育技术机构现状进行了调研,分析了目前中医类院校现代教育技术部门在职责定位、管理范围、人员结构等角度存在的问题.提出了调整工作职责、优化教育技术从业人员专业结构等建议,进而激发从业人员活力,推动中医院校教师教育技术能力提升,实现全面提升教学质量.
