为解决目前临床教学中教师学生更换频繁而缺乏交流、学习目标繁杂而抽象的现状,建立了“即考即评”式形成性评估体系.该评估体系包括探讨实施方案、学生实习记录、分组讨论记录、教师观察评价、考评手册、“即考即评”网络平台.实施该评估体系后,通过对200名学生进行问卷调查,证明其应用是有益并且必要的.
