Abstract
目的:探讨案例式PBL教学法在神经解剖学中的应用效果.方法:180名临床医学本科生随机分为研究组和对照组.研究组采用案例式PBL教学授课,对照组采用传统多媒体授课.结果:在“有利于增加理论和实践结合的紧密度”等条目上,研究组的评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);研究组的理论考核成绩也高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:采用案例式PBL教学授课能显著提高教学效果.
