随着来华西医留学生医学教育的发展,临床阶段的培养模式和质量保障成为留学生医学教育的瓶颈.文章探讨了天津医科大学总医院10余年来全英文临床教育教学模式、临床教学质量保障体系建立的实践探索和取得的经验成果,并总结了开展来华留学生西医全英文临床教学对医院国际化进程的带动作用.
