影响新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎手术疗效的因素探讨

Abstract
目的 探讨影响新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)手术疗效的临床及代谢因素.方法 回顾分析本院2010年1月至2014年12月5年间收治的NEC患儿的临床资料,并比较各种临床资料及代谢指标对NEC手术患儿预后的影响.结果 单因素分析结果发现气腹、血小板降低、CRP升高、腹膜炎、肠梗阻等5个因素P≤0.2,将此5个因素作为待选变量引入到回归方程,结果显示血小板降低及CRP升高是NEC手术失败的独立危险因素.结论 CRP与血小板计数,可作为预测NEC手术预后的指标之一.
