Abstract
目的 探讨小儿胸腔镜手术的围术期护理方法.方法 选择择期胸腔镜手术患儿60例,监测各患儿的围术期血压、心率、血氧饱和度和呼吸末二氧化碳,记录手术时间和出血量,回顾护理措施,总结护理经验.结果 60例患儿围术期生命体征平稳,手术时间(132.7±48.2) min,出血量(5.1±2.1)ml,全部患儿均康复出院.结论 加强围术期护理是小儿胸腔镜手术成功的重要保证.
