Abstract
目的 探讨老年痴呆患者肺炎临床特点,探讨其治疗策略.方法 对42例老年痴呆合并肺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 治愈及好转37例,死亡5例(呼吸衰竭4例、多脏器功能衰竭1例).结论 老年痴呆患者存在认知功能,吞咽功能障碍,合并多种慢性病,易发生肺炎,临床症状不典型,痰培养多见革兰氏阴性杆菌,尽早防治、合理抗菌、综合治疗有利于其预后.
