Abstract
十二指肠憩室并不常见,但近年来,随着检查方法不断改进,使十二指肠憩室的发现率及定型诊断得到提高,国外报告上消化道X线钡餐检查的发现率为2%～5%,国内为6.2%,而十二指肠镜检查的可发现率高达23%[1].本院自1988～2005年收治十二指肠憩室患者18例,其中10例进行了手术治疗,现报告如下.
