Abstract
目的 探讨经阴道超声在评价剖宫产术后不同时期子宫切口愈合程度中的应用价值.方法 剖宫产术后患者1533例,其中术后6周421例,术后3个月239例,术后半年者332例,术后1年者244例,术后2年及以上者297例,均行阴道超声检查切口愈合情况.结果 剖宫产术后切口分别表现为不均匀高低混合回声、线状回声及切口憩室.结论 经阴道超声可以评价剖宫产术后不同时期的子宫切口愈合程度.
