Abstract
目的 分析基底动脉尖综合征的临床特点及有效治理措施.方法 观察38例基底动脉尖综合征的临床资料并进行归纳总结.结果 38例基底动脉尖综合征中,临床表现以眩晕和意识障碍为主,持续昏迷者预后差,部分病例症状不典型导致病情延误.结论 基底动脉尖综合征临床表现复杂多样,MRI双侧丘脑呈蝶形梗死是特征性表现,加强宣传教育有利于减少病情延误.
