Abstract
目的维持剂量丙种球蛋白对重症特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的观察.方法用丙种球蛋白0.2 g/kg.d,连用5 d治疗重症TIP患者.结果经维持剂量治疗重症TIP患者,其中显效5例,有效4例,进步5例,总有效率100%.结论维持剂量丙种球蛋白输注疗效确切,可减少患者经济负担.
