Abstract
目的 探讨超声检查对阑尾炎的诊断价值.方法 对我科2002年10月～2005年10月间,手术前超声检查、手术后病理证实的85例急性阑尾炎患者进行分析.结果 超声对急性单纯性阑尾炎显示率为63.8%,对急性化脓性阑尾炎、急性坏疽性阑尾炎、阑尾穿孔及阑尾周围脓肿显示率较高.急性阑尾炎总显示率为77.6%.结论 超声可以为诊断阑尾炎提供重要依据.
