胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)是存在于人血清和脑脊液中的含70个氨基酸的生长促进多肽,其结构与前胰岛素同源.IGF-1由肝脏产生,并伴有共同处于生长激素控制下的特殊IGF结合蛋白质.文献报导[1]IGF-1具有胰岛素样效力和刺激软骨的硫酸摄入效力,从而可提高细胞中蛋白质和DNA合成.
