瘙痒症是65岁以上老年人常见皮肤病症状之一,病程较长,迁延不愈.受老年人皮肤屏障功能和生理防御功能不断退化等多种因素影响,老年瘙痒症不仅发病率高,而且治疗难度更大.目前,缺乏老年瘙痒症治疗“金标准”.该综述分别从一般治疗、局部治疗、系统治疗层面分析了老年瘙痒症的治疗研究进展.
