Abstract
掌筋膜挛缩症流行于北欧及其他欧美地区,是以掌筋膜增生、收缩引起手指屈曲挛缩为特征的一种病症.国内有关掌筋膜挛缩症方面的报道极少.该病以掌指关节、近段指间关节,甚至远端指间关节挛缩不能伸直为主要表现,最后影响手部功能.现就本院收治的1例掌筋膜挛缩症患者的临床特点、鉴别诊断、治疗进行探讨,以利于深入理解和认识该病.
