本文目的旨在了解生殖激素对卵泡凋亡的调节作用.采用放免方法测定血清Fsh、LH、E2和T含量,结果卵泡凋亡组Fsh、LH、E2水平明显低于对照组,T则高于对照组,提示:卵泡的生长发育受Fsh、LH调控、而E2促进成熟卵泡的排出,T则促进卵泡凋亡.
