Abstract
目的 探讨抑郁症患者血清中脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)含量水平.方法 采用酶联免疫检测法检测34例已确诊为抑郁症的患者和34例健康体检者血清中的BDNF含量.结果 抑郁症组BDNF含量(45.15±8.86)pg/ml,正常对照组(75.10-±12.12)pg/ml,两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 抑郁症患者的血清BDNF的含量比正常人低.
