Abstract
牙齿因为骨、牙或纤维组织的阻挡不能萌出到正常位置,埋伏于黏膜下或骨内称为埋伏牙.轻微阻生时牙齿可能萌出迟缓或错位萌出,严重时牙齿可埋伏于黏膜或骨内,即埋伏阻生牙[1].上颌前牙埋伏阻生发生率高达 2％以上[2].导致牙齿埋伏阻生的原因可分为局部因素和全身因素.局部因素如乳牙滞留或早失、乳牙外伤、多生牙、软组织增生、牙弓长度不足、牙胚的异位发育等[3～4].
