Abstract
目的报告肩胛骨骨折44例内固定治疗的体会.方法从八种情况考虑手术适应证,根据不同的特点采用不同的摄片检查和内固定方法,强调术中避免损伤神经、肌肉和术后早期功能锻炼.结果通过随访所有病例,疗效优38例,良5例,差1例.结论严格掌握手术适应证,对某些类型肩胛骨骨折病例及时手术,效果良好.
