Abstract
脑科重症监护室患者因脑部受损严重,大部分处于意识障碍状态,有些需要长期佩戴面罩,但面罩系带长时间压迫耳廓根部上方,极易引起压疮.此时,护士往往将面罩系带固定于耳廓下方,但受重力的影响及患者躁动不安,面罩会滑脱,不能很好地固定于口鼻上.
