Abstract
外感热病临床常见,临证发现热病后多数患者出现口干、便秘等情况,燥矢内结,大便干结难解,或数日不行,甚者出现肠梗阻等,变证丛生.若投之以峻下之品,恐出现大便通后腹泻不止,或便如水下,使阴液更亏,正气虚衰,加重疾病;若求助于西药,多给予刺激性泻下药促进肠道黏液分泌,润滑性泻药润滑肠内容物等,易产生耐药性、依赖性和多种不良反应.
