剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠5例漏诊分析

Abstract
剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)是较罕见的一种异位妊娠,无特殊临床症状及体征,故早期诊断较困难,易漏诊、误治,危及患者生命.本文对我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的30例CSP病例进行回顾性分析,发现漏诊5例(16.7％),现分析漏诊原因及漏诊后的诊断及处理,以提高对CSP的确诊率及处理及时性,避免发生严重并发症.
