疝修补术后特殊高热1例误诊和病因分析

Abstract
由于手术诱发急性痛风发作,引起的高热持续数天不退,较为少见.腹股沟疝手术后引起急性痛风发作更为少见,我院收治疝修补术后急性痛风发作患者1例,误诊为切口感染,可能与其痛风症状体征不典型有关,现将误诊原因分析如下:

患者男,73岁,因"发现右腹股沟可复性包块半年"于2017年2月13日入院就诊.
