Abstract
臂丛阻滞术后镇痛术是外周神经阻滞术后镇痛(Patient Controlled Nerves Analgesia,PCNA)的方法之一,近年来有关硬膜外腔阻滞术后镇痛术(PCEA)和经静脉给药术后镇痛术(PCIA)的研究、报道相对较多,而对于臂丛阻滞术后镇痛鲜有报道.我科自2001年8月-2002年7月间开展臂丛阻滞术后镇痛64例,取得满意效果,现报告如下.
