Abstract
重型颅脑损伤病人病情重,多伴有意识障碍,不能自主吞咽,往往需要胃肠营养支持,气管切开后由于气管套管的阻碍,导致胃管插入困难.为此,我们对此类病人的插胃管方法进行了研究加以改进,应用于60例患者,取得了满意的效果,现介绍如下.
