Abstract
鼾症即阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS),此类患者多伴有肥胖、颈短、下颚前伸幅度小、咽喉组织炎症增生等,常致气管插管困难.纤维支气管镜(fiber optic bronchoscope,FOB)具有可视、镜干柔软、前端方向可控等优点,是处理困难气道的有利工具[1].本文旨在探讨纤支镜在鼾症手术中的临床应用价值,现报告如下.
