从2013年3月-2016年3月,我科应用微创引流救治26例急性脑室扩张的患者,取得了较好的临床效果,分析报告如下. 资料与方法 一、一般资料26例患者,男性17例,女性9例,最大年龄82岁,最小17岁,平均42.7岁.后颅窝病变11例(后颅窝肿瘤3例,小脑梗塞3例,小脑出血5例),中脑导水管及三脑室梗阻、幕上脑室积血12例(导水管黏连3例,肿瘤堵塞三脑室2例,幕上脑室积血、铸型7例).交通性脑积水3例.
