Abstract
在颅内动静脉瘘中颈内动脉海绵窦最常见,其中外伤占75％以上.由于常伴头部外伤和眼部首发症状,易误诊或漏诊,而本病的早期诊断和治疗,对患者预后有很大关系.自2011年10月-2014年6月,我科诊治颈内动脉海绵窦瘘26例,应用Onyx或/和弹簧圈+Onyx栓塞取得较好效果,分析如下. 资料与方法 6例中,男性18例,女性8例;年龄最大73岁,最小16岁;外伤22例,外伤至确诊时间3周～半年不等,自发性4例,左侧15例,右侧11例.
