疝环充填式无张力疝修补术根据疝的发生机理,以网塞充填物修补腹横筋膜缺损,再以补片加强腹股沟管后壁,是最符合生理的较为理想的疝修补术式.2000年2月至2002年8月,我科应用该手术行腹股沟疝修补手术19例次,效果满意,报告如下.
