Abstract
目的:探讨一般CT与多层螺旋CT在诊断新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的作用及价值.方法:采用Philips Brilliance16层螺旋CT机对120例临床诊断为HIE的患儿进行扫描,分析HIE的CT表现.结果:120例中,轻度89例,中度20例,重度11例.结论:多层螺旋C T是诊断新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的有效方法,其优势在于检查快速、诊断准确和患儿接受的辐射剂量少.
