青海省作为西部边远贫困多民族地区,各级疾病预防控制中心在履行政府公共卫生职能中存在体制机制、学科建设、人才匮乏等诸多问题,但挑战与机遇并存.本文运用新公共管理模式对新时期提升青海省疾病预防控制工作效能进行探讨,提出“三切实四争做”策略,并为深化医药卫生体制和事业单位改革提供参考依据.
