Abstract
目的了解DIC的临床特点,提高DIC的早期诊断,早期合理治疗.方法对38例DIC的临床资料进行分析.结果 38例DIC患者,21例治疗有效,有效率为55.3%.其中22例DIC患者使用低分子肝素和/或使用肝素,13例有效,有效率为59.1%.结论早期诊断,及时除去病因,积极治疗者预后较好.
