Abstract
患者女性,51岁,近月来反复出出现发作性焦虑伴大量出汗、皮肤潮红、心悸,考虑与更年期相关,但予雌激素替代治疗后症状无缓解.患者有高血压病史,使用3种降压药物治疗,血压仍难以控制.全科医生考虑嗜铬细胞瘤可能,故将她转诊到内分泌科.经进一步检查显示该患者尿肾上腺素升高,CT提示右肾上腺肿块,与右肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断一致.
