Abstract
乳腺导管内原位癌(ductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS)常表现为上皮层内癌细胞明显增生,未侵袭基底层[1].但相比于小叶原位癌,其发展为浸润性癌的可能性更大[2],是一种更容易发展成浸润癌的原位癌.因此,DCIS已被列入癌前病变的范畴[3].
