Abstract
目的:地塞米松广泛用于治疗各种慢性疼痛,布比卡因以其强度高和效期长等特点被临床应用于硬膜外术后镇痛;方法:将地塞米松和布比卡因混合液注入硬膜外腔行术后镇痛;结果:观察表明镇痛效果确切,镇痛时间长且无明显副作用;结论:布比卡因和地塞米松混合液作为常规药剂应用于硬膜外麻醉术后镇痛简便易行.
