Abstract
目的 探讨树脂冠在牙隐裂治疗中的应用. 方法对63 例72颗隐裂牙在牙髓治疗前树脂冠保护,根管治疗完成后再全冠修复. 结果 72颗患牙在牙髓治疗中无1 例发生裂隙加深或牙冠折裂. 结论 隐裂牙在牙髓治疗前采用树脂冠保护,可防止裂隙加深或牙体折裂,对保存隐裂牙具有重要临床意义.
