Abstract
目的 观察咪达唑仑麻醉时小儿性兴奋现象.方法 选择ASA Ⅰ级60例小儿外科男患,随机分为两组,Ⅰ组(n=30)为咪达唑仑+七氟烷组, Ⅱ组(n＝30)为七氟烷组.观察各组在麻醉过程中有无性兴奋现象.结果 Ⅰ组出现阴茎勃起的小儿明显多于Ⅱ组(P＜0.05).结论 咪达唑仑麻醉中可造成小儿性兴奋.
