Abstract

脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)是一种可引起卒中、认知障碍、步态异常等严重神经系统障碍.研究发现,基因变异和异常在CSVD的发生、发展中发挥着重要作用.糖皮质激素受体基因(Glucocorticoid Receeptor,NR3C1)的单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)及其某些基因之间的协同作用可能在CSVD病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用.本文对CSVD及其危险因素与NR3C1基因多态性的相关研究进展进行综述.
