Abstract
真菌感染过程中,树突细胞相关性C型凝集素-1(Dectin-1)作为人类重要的模式识别受体(PRR),参与真菌表面病原相关分子模式(PAMP)识别,通过相关信号通路,介导一系列细胞免疫应答.而Dectin-1相关基因(CLEC7A)突变可减弱真菌感染的免疫应答.因此,深入研究Dectin-1在真菌感染免疫应答过程,对于抗真菌感染、自身免疫性疾病治疗等具有可观的潜在应用价值.
