69岁男性患者,因多尿、消瘦6余月,右足破溃4天就诊.诊断为2型糖尿病,2型糖尿病性足病.经过抗感染、改善微循环、局部清洁换药等治疗后,创面愈合.病例提示对治疗糖尿病足应关注全身情况的改善,规范局部清洁换药,注重糖尿病足患教能取得较好的效果.
