Abstract
三阴性乳腺癌(Triple-Negative Breast Cancer,TNBC)是指三个关键治疗靶点测试呈阴性:人类表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,HER-2),雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER),孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR).在乳腺癌中,TNBC占约15％,且在年轻女性患者中更为常见.TNBC具有较高的临床侵袭性,5年死亡率较高,易复发,易转移到内脏器官,并且与BRCA1基因突变有关.在目前临床治疗中,TNBC对内分泌治疗及分子靶向治疗并不敏感,且基本无法从中获益.因此TNBC需要更为高效、敏感的治疗方案.
